Why?
Because everyone has periods in their life when they get stuck and need someone's help.

Why?
Because many people find it very difficult to admit that they need help with something. And this is especially true when it comes to psychological and social problems.

Why?
Because people don't like to admit that they are stuck in their thoughts or their heads.

Why?
Because if we can no longer take care of ourselves due to a physical disability, we seek help more easily and people are quickly inclined to help us. Unfortunately this is different with mental health problems. People can't see that something is there.

Why?
Because people are quick to tell you to get over your problems. But many people experience psychological or social problems and can't get rid of them easily.

Why?
Because we understand that it can be difficult for everyone to ask for and accept help. And we would like to help you with this.

Why?
Because we understand that everyone needs help from time to time and it would be nice if people could ask for and receive that help.

Why?
Because we should never doubt whether we can ask the question why. To others but especially to ourselves.

Why?
Because we want to get rid of our stress and tension. We can help ourselves that way. For example, by further developing our social self-reliance.

Why?
Because we all find ourselves in a situation, for a short time or for a longer time, where we need help.

I want to offer you that help. After decades of working with people with autism and other psychological complaints, I can say without a doubt that I have gained a lot of experience to help you. Through advice, training or by helping you and your family to make a transition between the tense mind and the intended clarity and tranquility.
